Yes. You can also book a taxi for someone else, for example a family member, friend, client or employee. Please clearly state at the time of booking who the ride is for and where the passenger should be picked up.
Yes. You can request either a single ride or a round trip. Please state the desired times and addresses for both rides when booking.
Yes. Choose "As soon as possible" in the booking form, or call or message us. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We respond to your request with a confirmation. If you're in a hurry and haven't received a reply within 5 minutes, feel free to call us.
For an "as soon as possible" booking, we aim to have the taxi with you within about fifteen minutes. The exact arrival time may depend on traffic conditions and availability.
Yes, that's possible. Contact us to discuss your recurring rides.
Pre-scheduled rides can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For same-day rides up to 25 km, this is possible up to 30 minutes in advance, and for same-day rides over 25 km, up to 4 hours in advance.

You can send your complaint by email or via WhatsApp. We take your message seriously and will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.
The price depends on the distance and duration of the ride. On the booking page, you'll see a price indication as soon as you enter your pickup and destination address. The final price is confirmed by Taxi Cozy.
For longer rides, you may receive up to 50% off the metered taxi fare, depending on the date, time and destination. Feel free to ask about the options.
No. We don't charge any surcharge for evening, night or weekend rides, nor for luggage.
Yes, that's possible. The price will then be adjusted to the new route.
You can pay by cash, debit card (including contactless), credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Tikkie or iDEAL. On request, you'll always receive an invoice or proof of payment at the end of the ride.
Yes. Share your flight number with us when booking or via WhatsApp, and we'll track your flight.
We track your flight. If the delay is longer than half an hour, the standard taxi waiting rates apply.

We drive a Mercedes E-Class, with phone charger, wifi, air conditioning and ample luggage space.
The number of passengers determines the type of vehicle. Please state the number of people in the booking form. For larger groups, we'll arrange a bigger vehicle. If you have more luggage than fits in a regular car, please let us know in advance. The driver will help with your luggage where possible.

Yes, that's possible, depending on the type of pet and how it's transported. A surcharge applies depending on the situation. Please mention when booking that you're travelling with a pet, so we can take this into account in advance.
